World grieves for Colin McRae

In the words of his father, Jim McRae, Colin McRae was an inspiration and role model to motorsport and rally fans all over the world. He is also the man whose name is on one of the greatest rally games ever. As you may have read, Colin McRae died in a helicopter crash in Lanark Scotland. 

It has been confirmed that he was piloting the helicopter carrying him, his five year old son Johnny, Johnny's friend Ben and close friend of Colin McRae, Graeme Duncan. 

Codemasters, the company that made the greatest rally game bearing the name of Colin McRae has issued a statement offering their condolences, and stating that they are proud that they played a small role in his life and that he will never be forgotten by staff at Codemasters.
