Computex 07:
Better yields maybe

Our sources have confirmed that there is a big chance that we might see Penryn by the end of the year.

Intel pushed this CPU from Q1 2008 to Q4 2007 and it looks like there will be more than just a few server chips at 45 nanometre in 2007. Samples are out and the yields are getting better and Intel is almost ready to start the production, just give them a month or two.

Barcelona and Agena will get some tough competitors.
