Intel has introduced three new dual core CPUs, all FSB 1333 and the cheapest one is the E6550. The CPU is available as of today and you can buy it for €162.77 + postman. This is the slowest itteration of the dual core FSB 1333, but I can imagine that it will be a very overclockable part.

The E6850, the 3 GHz king of these dual FSB 1333 processors will sell for between €250 to €270, while the middle man, the E6750 with two cores at 2.66 will sell for €174, but today you can get one for €190 + postman which is only €28 less than the cheapest FSB 1333 one.

These dual core CPUs are all 65 nanometre and they are based on the Conroe core. You can order the E6550 here.
