New world record

Corsair's Dominator module has managed to set a new world record in highest memory clock speed.s

The single 1GB Corsair Dominator DDR3 module managed to run stable at 2462MHz DDR. Unfortunately, this wasn't done in a dual-channel mode, which we would rather want to see; but still, 2462MHz at 9-9-9-24 sounds great. Besides the Corsair 1GB module, the test system also features Intel's E8400 processor and Asus's P5E3 Premium motherboard based on Intel's X48 chipset.

The result is validated by CPU-Z and you can find it here
