Corsair's Dominator goes to 2462.8MHz

Corsair's Dominator module has managed to set a new world record in highest memory clock speed.s

The single 1GB Corsair Dominator DDR3 module managed to run stable at 2462MHz DDR. Unfortunately, this wasn't done in a dual-channel mode, which we would rather want to see; but still, 2462MHz at 9-9-9-24 sounds great. Besides the Corsair 1GB module, the test system also features Intel's E8400 processor and Asus's P5E3 Premium motherboard based on Intel's X48 chipset.
