Three DAAMIT motherboards

As Zotac
recently decided to jump guns on the nForce 750a, we now have details of the entire arsenal of MSI's 750a and even 780a-based motherboards, well, probably not the entire arsenal, but three well-equipped motherboards. The 780a will be represented by the K9N2 Diamond, while there will be two 750a motherboards, the K9N2 SLI Platinum and MSI K9N2 Zilent.

Lets start with the now already revealed 750a chipset. MSI will be launching two motherboards, which are basically the same, as both of them come with SLI, Hybrid SLI, DDR2-1066, Gigabit LAN, six SATA ports, two eSATA ports and integrated 7.1 channel audio. The only difference is that the Zilent will be bundled with Zalman's CPU cooler. The entire K9N2 series will have use the Circu-Pipe cooling system and HI-C CAP capacitors.

The high-end nForce 780a SLI chipset and MSI's K9N2 Diamond based on this chipset, will feature three PCI-Express 2.0 slots working in a x16, x8, x8 configuration, with support for Nvidia's 3-Way SLI. This one will also support DDR2-1066 memory of up to 8GB, and it will come with one PCI-E x1 and two plain PCI slots. Other specs include two Gigabit LAN ports, six SATA, two eSATA ports, ten USB 2.0 and two FireWire ports. The audio is done via the included X-Fi Xtreme audio card with EAX 4.0 surround sound.

All of these motherboards features a DVI port on the back panel. According to the information we've seen, these motherboards should hit retail by the end of April.
