Still a question mark for Verizon customers

The latest news that we heard today is that Sprint will roll the BlackBerry Niagara in the third quarter this year. It is likely that the model for this new BlackBerry will be the 9630, as we previously reported.

The bigger question might be for those who are Verizon subscribers is whether the 9630 will make its way to Verizon during the same time period, as well, or whether Sprint has managed to snag an exclusive for the 9630 since Verizon still has the exclusive on the Storm.

The latest whispers that we hear indicate that Sprint may have an exclusive window for the 9630, but it will come to be available for Verizon in the end, it just may be a bit of a wait. It is likely that every carrier that is currently selling the 8830 will get the 9630 at some point.
