Apple and Nokia are royally duking it out tit seems, as the legal battle between the two giants continues. Of course, fighting mighty Apple’s legal department is no picnic, and Nokia is about to see that for itself.

Apple has asked the ITC (International Trade Committee) for withdrawal of Nokia’s devices in the US market due to alleged patent violations. Nokia refused to comment but they did say that they will continue to fight Apple.

ITC’s investigation is said to take about 15 months, so we’re pretty far from any fixed outcomes but we will keep our eyes open for any developments.
