Second generation Eee PC notebook in April

According to TechConnect magazine, Asus is planning to launch a desktop version of its low-priced Eee PC notebook next year.

The desktop will ship with no screen and it should probably end up on the low-cost side, as with its notebook sibling. Asus's President of Marketing, Jonathan Tseng, has confirmed that the company will launch a desktop version next year.

It is also reported that the second generation Eee PC notebook is set to launch next April.
