Nintendo talks of Wii and DS releases

Wii maker,
Nintendo has announced its spring and summer line up of games for the console and the new DS family.

"Rhythm Paradise", music-themed mini-games, will launch on 1 May for the DS which allows users to use the stylus to use the touchscreen in time with a rhythm or cue. In May Pokemon Platinum Version for the DS will hit the shops with wireless play for up to 20 players.

May will also see the release of "Punch-Out!!" for the Wii.  The Wii will see the release of several old games that have been redesigned to take advantage of Wii's motion-sensing capabilities. These include Donkey Kong Jungle Beat.

Nintendo Points Cards will hit the shops in April which are a new incarnation of Wii Points.  They will be bought at the Wii Shop Channel and Nintendo DSi Shop as well as real life shops.
