But for how long?

Scan.co.uk is one of Nvidia's favorite online retailers in the U.K. and it shows, as currently they are stocking no less than five different 8800 GT cards from four different manufacturers. The cards are from Gainward, Gigabyte, PNY and XFX.

Price-wise, you're looking at £193.73 for the Gainward card, £187.99 for the Gigabyte card and £182.11 for the PNY. The XFX cards are more expensive, as they are overclocked versions with the Alpha Dog Extreme costing £199.50 and the Alpha Dog XXX coming in at a whopping £223.11, which isn't a lot chaper than some GTS cards. Scan even stocks a GTX for £278.35 under its own name.
