Starting at €699

MSI's X-Slim X340 is now on sale in Europe, and the cheapest Celeron-based SKU will set you back €699.

It features a Celeron 723 CPU at 1.2GHz, 2GB of memory and a 250GB hard drive. The Core 2 Solo SU3500 version, with a 320GB hard drive, is available at €899, although some retailers are listing it for €819. You can find the listings here.

Also, the Atom-based X320 is now available, but the few vendors that have it in stock are pricing it €699, like the Celeron SKU, and we're expecting the X320 price to go down very soon, here.
