Übertakten:


Wie üblich liefen die AMD CPUs stabil bis ca 3.85GHz. Wir haben uns entschlossen mit 3.80GHz vorlieb zu nehmen. Der 245er braucht leider 1.6000VCore um stabil zu laufen. Der 240e begnügte sich mit 1.4300V. Beachtet das fast jedes Board mit der nominallen Spannung booten muß. Nur wenige Boards wie unser MSI unterstützen reduzierte bootup-Frequenzen. Unser Board unterstützt auch Cool and Quiet mit erhöhten virtuellem FSB. Achtet also darauf, daß Euer Board diese Funktionen unterstützt.

Der Athlon II X2 240e ist etwas schwieriger zu übertakten, weil durch den reduzierten CPU-Multiplikator brauchen wir einen höheren virtuellen FSB-Takt. Aber die CPU hat uns nicht enttäuscht:
