ITG xpPhone gets Windows 7

5MP camera and 120GB storage

ITG xpPhone is practically more than a simply phone that runs on Windows XP and ITG proved that by its latest announcement that it will also be available with MS DOS or Windows 7 OS.

In addition to the new choice of OS, ITG has also announced that the storage memory ranges from 8GB SSD to 120 GB HDD while the RAM will be available in 512MB, 1GB or 2GB options. There will also be three different versions of the touchscreen LCD, 4.3-inch, 4.7-inch and 7-inch with resolution of either 800x480 or 1024x600 pixels.

Last but not least are the options for xpPhone's camera which will be available as VGA, 1.3 MP, 3MP or 5MP version.
