CES 2011: Four models
Netgear introduced today at CES their next generation of wireless routers.  The new models are: The N600 (WNDR3800) and N750 (WNDR4000) Dual-Band Gigabit routers, the N600 all-in-one home gateway (DGND3700), and a wireless router with integrated powerline AV (WNXR2000).

NETGEAR N600 Wireless Dual-Band Gigabit Router – Premium Edition (WNDR3800)
  • ReadyShare Remote – Access your files and folders on a USB external storage device attached to the router from any Mac, PC, smartphone or tablet over the Internet
  • ReadyShare Printer – Connect any multi-function printer to the USB port and access it wirelessly through the network
  • Quick Start, Steady Stream HD – Stream HD videos from files in the ReadyShare USB disk faster and with less delays at startup and from buffering delay in the home and over the Internet to the NETGEAR NeoTV
  • Clear Channel Selector – Automatically and dynamically avoid busy WiFi channels for clear and fast wireless connections

Netgear new premium router is feature-rich and includes all the unique functionality consumers have come to know from NETGEAR, such as Live Parental Controls, Guest Network Access, and a Broadband Usage Meter.   The router is also DLNA Certified, provides users with the option to extend TiVo storage, is compatible with Apple's Time Machine software by running a 680 MHz powerful processor to provide high USB access speeds.

NETGEAR N600 Wireless Dual-Band Gigabit ADSL Modem Router (DGND3700)

Connectivity is provided to the internet through a built-in ADSL modem or WAN Gigabit Ethernet port for high-speed cable or fiber service.   Dual-Band wireless support allows the home gateway to handle multiple high-bandwidth applications across numerous networked devices.  The router also includes a 4-port Gigabit switch, ReadyShare storage access with two USB ports, a DLNA Media Server, Live Parental Controls, Guest Networks, and a Broadband Usage Meter.

NETGEAR N750 Wireless Dual-Band Gigabit Router (WNDR4000)

The N750 Wireless Dual-Band Gigabit Router delivers top speeds of up to 450 Mbps on the 5GHz channel to satisfy a consumer's demand for fast and flawless HD video streaming, simultaneous downloads, and lag-free online gaming. The product’s concurrent Dual-Band technology avoids interference, ensuring top speeds and the highest range, while four Gigabit ports offers ultra-fast wired connection. Like the previously mentioned products, the WNDR4000 also includes features such as ReadyShare USB, Live Parental Controls, Guest Network Access, and a Broadband Usage Meter.

NETGEAR N300 Wireless Router with Powerline AV (WNXR2000)

The NETGEAR N300 Wireless Router with Powerline AV is a whole-home “hybrid” connectivity solution that delivers the convenience of wireless and the reliability of a wired powerline and Ethernet connection. A 200 Mbps powerline system is integrated into the the router’s power supply. The WNXR2000 hybrid router is designed to act as the hub in a digital home, distributing broadband over powerline to televisions and other consumer electronics devices with Ethernet ports as well as over wireless, boosting overall network bandwidth and providing greater coverage in every home environment.

Nice to hear that I'm about to be obsolete with my 1 week old Netgear 37av. Then again, I think I'll just be happy with what I got and weep silently in the corner.
