With Gigabit Ethernet

Sharkoon has updated its QuickPort line of docking stations with yet another model, the SATA QuickPort Pro LAN Giga. The new dock features a bunch of connectivity options and packs a Gigabit Ethernet port in case you want to turn it into NAS.

The full spec list includes USB 2.0, eSATA and the previosly mentioned Gigabit Ethernet connectivity options as well as support for 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch SATA storage devices, two USB 2.0 ports for quick access to extra USB storage solutions and a card reader. Considering a handfull of connectivity options as well as ports for additional storage, the new QuickPort Pro LAN Giga looks like a neat solution.

The new QuickPort Por LAN Giga is currently shipping with a suggested price of €59.90.
