All about Optimus

LG has officially revealed the list of devices that will be worthy of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update and it looks like that it is all about the Optimus series of phones.

Although most Optimus series smartphones are only currently getting Gingerbread updates, LG has announced that LG Optimus 3D, Optimus 2X, Optimus Black and Optimus LTE will be the lucky devices that will get the Android 4.0 ICS update. According to LG, the updated "roadmap" will be announced in December on LG's official Facebook page.

Also, LG is evaluating whether to bring the ICS update to some other Optimus phones but it is making no promises. You can check out the official annoucement here.
