For Russia and China only

As we suspected, the rumoured AMD Radeon HD 6930 will be a limited edition product that will only show up in Russian and Chinese markets.

As you know, it was rumoured that AMD is working on a Cayman CE GPU that is pretty much a cut back version of the HD 6950 card and the new card was to be designated Radeon HD 6930. According to previous reports, AMD has cut two more SIMD engines from the HD 6950 GPU, leaving the card at 1280 stream processors and 80 texture units. The card was rumoured to work at 750MHz for the GPU and 4800MHz for either 1GB or 2GB of GDDR5 memory paired up with a 256-bit memory interface.

According to some AMD partners, Radeon HD 6930 will indeed be a limited edition for certain markets and the price was will be US $180 to US $200.
