LG tipped to make next Nexus

Written by Peter Scott

Rumour mill in overdrive

LG is reportedly hoping to score a contract to build Google’s next generation Nexus devices, or device.

According to ZDnet, LG has already confirmed that it is in talks with Google, but it is still unclear whether the Korean outfit will get the job.

In years gone by, Google outsourced Nexus production to HTC and Samsung, with mixed success. However, punters were expecting Motorola to be the next player, following the Google – Motorola deal.
