HTC preparing new tablet for the UK

Confirmed by HTC

According to a post over at PCAdvisor.co.uk, HTC is preparing a new tablet for the UK market.

Unfortunately, other than that it is indeed coming, HTC was not keen on revealing any other info regarding it. The last tablet, HTC Flyer, was certainly unique with its higher resolution 7-inch screen, but with a price of around £600, it was not a great deal, and the poor sales figures prove this.

The new mystery tablet will probably be based on Google's latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS and it is most likely aiming to compete with Google's Nexus 7.
