Asus is starting to make quite a name for itself in the Android tablet market. The company launched several innovative convertible tablets and topped its lineup off with a HD transformer and the Nexus 7 a couple of months ago.

Now it seems Asus is rolling out Jelly Bean for its mid-range TF300 tablet. Interestingly, the pricier Prime and Infinity models are still on ICS, but we reckon they will get their serving of Jelly Bean pretty soon. The lucky few who already got the 4.1.1 update on their TF300 tablets report noticeable performance improvements.

The update will make the TF300 only the second tablet on the market to run Jelly Bean.
