More trouble in the courts

Evidence
presented in a U.S. District Federal Court in the State of Delaware shows that  Intel coerced and paid computer manufacturers such as Dell, Acer, Gateway, IBM and Hewlett-Packard not to use any AMD products.

The Wall Street Journal has been looking at the 108-page document that the Court made public. It says that new evidence is the result of an evaluation of 200 million pages of documents which AMD obtained from Intel and PC manufacturers in a discovery request. These include email exchanges among leading PC manufacturers' employees and Intel that demonstrate the illegal practice of crowding competitors out of the market.

Intel has denied any allegations and the case continues.
