Brings impressive performance improvements

Nvidia has released the new Geforce 310.54 Beta driver that brings performance improvements for 21 different game titles over the old 306.97 WHQL driver.

The new 310.54 Beta driver brings up to 26 percent improvement in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and up to 18 percent in Assassin's Creed III game, all on the Geforce GTX 680. The GTX 660 got boosted to up to 24 percent in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and up to 5 percent in Assassin's Creed III. The new beta driver also brings improvements in Battlefield 3, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Medal Of Honor: Warfighter, Starcraft II, Dragon Age II, Batman: Arkham City and Stalker: Call of Pripyat games.

In addition to performance improvements the new beta driver also brings updated SLI, 3D Vision and Nvidia Control Panel ambient occlusion profiles for various game titles.

The new beta driver supports all products since Geforce 8 series although we are pretty sure that these performance improvements are probably only limited to Geforce 600 series.

You can find the driver, as well as the full release notes here.
