Samsung Galaxy S III gets Android 4.1.2 update

Brings some Note II features


Samsung is apparently rolling out the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update to Galaxy S III that brings quite a few new features including some that were introduced with the Galaxy Note II phablet.

The update first showed up in Poland over Kies or OTA and includes Multi-view, Page Buddy, new Gallery App seen on Note II, customization for notification panel, disable option for brightness slider in notification panel, Smart Rotation feature, Paper Artist and Group Cast apps.

In addition to the Galaxy S III, Samsung is also rolling out the Jelly Bean update for the Galaxy 2 10.1 WiFi tablet and it is currently available in the UK.
