Diablo 3 is still in development for consoles

by on12 December 2012

Blizzard not yet ready to announce it just yet

Blizzard chief creative officer Rob Pardo tells Polygon that a possible console version of Diablo 3 is coming along, but they are still not yet ready to make an official announcement. “We’re still kind of exploring it,” says Pardo.

According to lead designer Jay Wilson, Blizzard is exploring console options. Wilson says that, “…the team is essentially working on the next big Diablo thing, and a lot of this stuff will show up at some point next year.”

Right now, it is still a waiting game, but chances are good that it will end up in something that Blizzard does release.
