Jelly Bean, 7-inch screen at US $119

Unveiled back in December as a part of Archos' Elements series, the Archos 97 Titanium HD received a three new siblings, the Archos 70 Titanium, 80 Titanium and the 101 Titanium.

As those names suggest, we are looking at four different screen sizes and, interestingly enough, the 97 Titanium will be the most expensive one, thanks to its Retina 9.7-inch 2048x1536 touchscreen. The rest of the bunch will end up to be a bit cheaper with standard IPS HD displays and yet to be revealed 1.6GHz dual-core processor with "quad-core" GPU.

The entire line, as you can see from the picture below, will share the same "titanium" design. The entire lineup will also run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS.

There are not many details regarding the specs of the new Titanium series tablets but Archos did reveal prices for the entire series. The 7-inch Archos 70 titanium will end up at at €119, US $119, £99 and, according to Archos, will offer similar feature to competitors such as Amazon, at a better price point. The 8-inch Archos 80 titanium is priced at €169, US $169, £149 and has been designed to offer a similar user experience as the iPad mini, for a fraction of the cost.

The 10.1-inch Archos 101 titanium will end up to be 30 percent cheaper than the competition with comparable features at €199, US $199, £169. The last, but not the least, is the 9.7-inch Archos 97 titanium that is priced at €249, US $249 and £199 and is meant to be a direct competition to the new iPad.

Unfortunately, the release date is still unknown but you can check out the Archos 97 titanium here.
