Written by Slobodan Simic

EVGA X79 Dark and EVGA GTX Titan cards to blame

EVGA and Vince “k|ngp|n” Lucido have set a high bar in the new 3DMark Fire Strike benchmark, setting a new world record for each category including Fire Strike and Fire Strike Extreme in SLI mode as well as Fire Strike and Fire Strike Extreme on a single card.

EVGA noted that EVGA Pricison X 4.0 utiliy was used to overclock the graphics cards and the record was obtained using the upcoming EVGA X79 Dark motherboard and two EVGA Geforce GTX Titan graphics cards.
