No Bad Company 3 in development

Written by David Stellmack

DICE confirms via Battlefield Twitter feed

Rumors that DICE is already working on a new Battlefield: Bad Company game have once again proved false. DICE itself confirmed this via the Battlefield Twitter feed.

Once again, DICE professes its love for the Bad Company franchise and suggests that they might work to deliver a new Bad Company title in the future, but at least for the time being their focus continues to be on Battlefield 4.

Rumors began to surface that a Bad Company 3 title was in development, which we believe were in part due to the news that DICE was launching a new DICE LA studio. Our sources tell us that DICE is hard at work on Mirror’s Edge 2 and the new Star Wars title, which are the only other things that the studio is working on beyond Battlefield 4.
