Reaper of Souls confirmed for PS4

Written by David Stellmack

Will be playable at BlizzCon 2013

Reaper of Souls for Diablo 3 has been confirmed for the PlayStation 4 and PC. Diablo 3 is scheduled for release on the PlayStation 4 at some point in early 2014. The expansion will also be available on the PC, but no word yet on a possible Xbox 360 or Xbox One release.

Reaper of Souls will explore the haunted streets of Westmarch as one of our five original classes, or try it out in the new Crusader class. Beyond the obvious, we don’t know much. We expect the blanks to be filled in by those visiting Blizzcon after they get a chance to take a look at it.

It is believed according to our sources that the Xbox 360 and Xbox One will get Reaper of Souls for Diablo 3 with the Xbox One getting Diablo 3 at some point in the future. Whispers suggest that it is a timed release deal that Sony has with Blizzard for the PlayStation 4.
