New PS Vita 3.00 firmware adds PS4 support

PS4 Remote Play & Second Screen Support added

The promised PS Vita firmware enhancements that add support for the PlayStation 4 have been released by Sony. The version 3.00 firmware adds the Remote Play, Second Screen, and PS4 Link features to the PS Vita.

In addition new Parental controls application has also be added as well as enhancements to the camera support which now adds support for panoramic pictures. Enhancements to the Friends, Messages, Party, Email, Content Manager, PS3 Remote Play, Settings, and Trophies applications have all received minor tweaks as well.
