XFX 290X samples are out

Better picture

Last week we managed to get the first pictures of XFX Radeon HD 290X custom card that comes with seven heat pipes, a copper base, Double Dissipation 90mm fans and of course an XFX logo that glows in the dark.

 

The sample card is on its way and we have managed to score a few better pictures of this interesting custom Hawaii card. It should end up more quiet than the non-reference card and we expect it to overclock well.

This is what it looks like, this time in daylight.
