Halo 2 Anniversary to arrive later this year

As we have told you previously, the release of Halo 5 looks to now be a 2015 release. Voice actor for none other than Master Chief himself confirms this is the case in an interview with GameZone.

Steve Downes who is the voice of Master Chief also confirms that the an anniversary edition of Halo 2 is coming later this year. Of course we are not sure if this is going to be a release for Xbox 360 as well as Xbox One.

The news isn’t really a surprise, but the extended wait for Halo 5 on Xbox One isn’t something that a lot of fans are going to be happy about. At least they will be able to play a new HD version of Halo 2 while the wait for Halo 5.
