Spiderman 2 for Xbox One postponed

Written by David Stellmack

Working with Microsoft to get it released

Activision who is the publisher of the new Spiderman 2 game has confirmed that game has been postponed on the Xbox One. The game is still on track for release on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, and PC on April 29th in North America and May 2nd in Europe.

As to why the game has been postponed on the Xbox One, it seems to be anyone’s guess at this point, but Activision has confirmed that they are working with Microsoft in an effort to get the title released at some point in the future.

We will keep following this one and see if we can uncover what the exact nature of the delay is, but we suspect that the issue will be resolved at some point. It is difficult to say if it will be resolved in time to be released with the rest of the versions, but we suspect that it will be late at this point.
