Details on Driveclub to be revealed soon

Written by David Stellmack

Developer promises it in Facebook posting

Details about Driveclub has been hard to come by since Sony announced that the game had been delayed. Now developer Evolution Studios says in a Facebook posting that they will be “bringing everyone up to speed with full details on Driveclub soon”.

In the upcoming details it is expected that a new release date will be confirmed for the PS4 title that seems to have had such a difficult time getting out the door. The developer says that they are proud on how the game is developing and they are looking forward to show new videos from the title in the weeks ahead.

We had heard that Sony was targeting an April release for Driveclub, but with April almost gone, it seems that plan is now by the waste side. Instead our sources are suggesting that Driveclub will arrive at some point in June, but after all of the delays we would take that estimate with a grain of salt. Still we do expect more details including if the rumors of it now being a free-to-play title for PS Plus subscribers to be either confirmed or denied in the next week or two.
