Cooler Master launches new V1200 Platinum PSU

Fully modular with 80Plus efficiency rating

Cooler Master has launched a new addition to its V-Series of high end power supply units, which is currently available in 700W, 850W and 1000W, the fully modular V Series V1200 Platinum PSU.

Based on the same V Series platform, the V1200 Platinum PSU comes with a 80Plus Platinum efficiency rating delivering up to 93 percent of efficiency at 50 percent load, as well as single +12V rail and fully modular design and high quality components like highest grade Japanese electrolyte and solid capacitors, a custom PCB interface, and high quality 42mm transformers.

The full modular design comes with flat ribbon cables which are considered the best when it comes to cable routing as well as features a total of twelve PCI-Express 6+2-pin connectors making it suitable for any multi-GPU configuration. The PSU is cooled by a bottom place 135mm Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) fan with auto/hybrid switch.

The Cooler Master V Series V1200 Platinum PSU is backed by a 7-year extended warranty and should be available soon with a suggested retail price of €259.99 inc. VAT.
