LG G3 smartphone teased ahead of 27th May launch

Written by Slobodan Simic

Official teaser from LG

LG has released an official teaser for its upcoming new LG G3 flagship smartphone, showing off some previously rumored features with in more detail, including ultra-thin bezels, camera with OIS and the new design for the back-mounted keys.

The teaser also shows what appears to be a brushed metal finish which is surprising considering that most earlier rumors pointed at a plastic case for the LG G3. However, there's talk that the back is plastic, with a fancy finish designed to emulate brushed metal. Earlier, company also confirmed that the upcoming LG G3 will feature a 5.5-inch QHD 2560x1400 display which will give it a pixel density of 534ppi. As far as the specification are concerned, LG G3 earlier rumors puts the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad-core chipset inside it as well as a 13-megapixel rear camera.

While the official teaser does not show much as it is mostly focused on teasing the looks and design of the LG G3 as well as the new smart case, we are quite sure that we will hear more about it before the official launch event scheduled for the 27th of May.
