Remastered Grim Fandango is coming

Written by David Stellmack

PlayStation exclusive, but will come to PC

Double Fine has confirmed that the remastered Grim Fandango is coming to the PC in addition to PlayStation consoles. Previously, Double Fine confirmed that the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita would be getting versions of the remastered edition of the game. Besides the PC, a Mac and Linux version will also be released.

It looks like because of the exclusive however, that the Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Wii U will not be getting the new Grim Fandango. That is a real shame and almost criminal if you know what we mean.

While there is still no release date, the fact that those with a Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Wii U can play it on the PC, Mac, and Linux is at least some consolation. In the world of exclusives however, this is one title that we wish would have a much wider release for sure. Everyone deserves to share in the magic of Grim Fandango which to this day remains among our favorites of all time.
