10 million Apple fanboys show their genius

Rush to buy an out of date phone

Apple shows that it’s zombie cargo cult will buy any old rubbish provided it has an Apple logo on it. This weekend, Apple released its iPhone 6, and iPhone 6 Plus, phones which clone what is pretty much already out there for more cash.

According to Apple and its Tame Apple press the phones are already setting new sales records. The company reports that it has sold more than 10 million new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus devices in three days since launch. This means that it has flogged a million more than the combined 9 million sales of the iPhone 5C and 5S last year.

Apple is not saying how many of them are the iPhone 6 Plus, and it is also including the four million pre-orders for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in just 24 hours.

Apple cult leader Tim Cook said that sales for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus exceeded our expectations for the launch weekend, and we couldn’t be happier.

"While our team managed the manufacturing ramp better than ever before, we could have sold many more iPhones with greater supply and we are working hard to fill orders as quickly as possible," said Cook.
