Boob cam captures obsession

Nestle’s research

A team of boffins working for Nestle Fitness fitted a wireless camera to a woman's bra in London to discover how often strangers were staring at her boobs. What was amazing that few men were immune and their eyes just were draw to a woman’s boobs as if by a hidden force.

The volunteer recorded 37 glances at boobs in just one day, but perhaps more interesting is that men seem to be better at cheeky peeks than women. Women also stared but tended to be obvious and more disapproving. One small child also stared but was clearly thinking about lunch. The weirdest stare happened to be a dog.

The #CheckYourSelfie experiment is part of a Nestle campaign to encourage women to check for breast cancer, with the slogan: 'Your breasts are checked out every day. So, when was the last time you checked your own?'

Nicolas Guillon, Nestle's global marketing manager for fitness, said: “The new video was launched as part of the company’s annual Pink Ribbon commitment to build awareness about breast cancer and to raise funds in partnership with local charities in more than 20 communities where Nestlé Fitness operates."
