Affordable 64GB and 128GB SSDs

Super Talent has announced two more models that will be a part of its Master Drive series of solid state drives. Two new MLC based SSDs will be a part of MasterDrive LX series and will be available in 64 and 128GB capacities.

Both of these new MasterDrive LX SSDs will have read and write speeds of up to 100MB/s and 40MB/s respectively, and will come packed in a 2.5-inch case with a SATA 3.0 interface. The MTBF is rated at 1 million hours and these drives will be backed by a single-year warranty, something that is a standard feature for most MLC-based SSDs.

Both drives should be available as of next week with a price tag of US $179 for the 64GB version and $299 for the 128GB MasterDrive LX version.
