Shuttle XPC Barebone SG33G5 has HDMI

Shuttle has announced a launch of SFF PC that features High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI), SG33G5.

New black brush-finished aluminium cube is based on Intel G33/ICH9DH chipset, and supports Intel Core 2 Quad, Intel Core 2 Duo E6000/E4000 series, Pentium Dual-Core E2000 series and Celeron 400 series socket 775, FSB 1333 processors. The SG33G5 can be equipped with maximal 4GB dual channel DDR2 800 that can be OCed to 1066MHz. Other features include three internal SATA300 ports and one external eSATA.

As for the graphics, it can run Windows Vista Aero without breaking a sweat, thanks to the Intel GMA 3100, and can easily playback a HDCP content trough the HDMI output. If you choose not to go with integrated solution new XPC Barebone also can accommodate any PCI-E graphic card on its PCI-E X16 slot.

Audio is done by a 8 channel audio chip with Dolby Digital Live! and DTS Connect certification. The new XPC Barebone also comes with Gigabit LAN, two Firewire and six USB 2.0 ports. The XPC Barebone's long life is guaranteed by the main board's high quality solid capacitors, and the power needs of the whole system are taken care of by a reliable 250-Watt power supply.

The Shuttle XPC Barebone SG33G5 is now available for in the press time and Shuttle's recommended retail price is €303.00 (ex VAT).
