Coming early next year

Nvidia is working hard to introduce a new IGP chipset that will have support for Phenom's and DirectX 10. The new chipset supports Hybrid SLI and it will be able to give you some 15 to 30 percent more on top of your discrete graphics card, but only if you have ultra cheap 8400 or 8500 cards.

Nvidia suffers from Phenom delays but this tends to get better. The new chipset and the software for Hybrid SLI are supposed to get ready by middle of Q1 2008 but we are still not sure when Nvidia will launch this chipset.

It will be interesting to see the OEMs on this hybrid graphics concept.
