Geforce 8800 GS, a G92 crippled to 192-bit memory interface, will launch today. It will sell for around €180 and it has 384MB memory.

XFX will have two flavors the default clocked at 580MHz and overclocked that will work at 680MHz core and will sell around €200. Just like the 8800 GT, both cards will have 96 stream processors and this promises some great performance.

Let’s just hope that there will be enough available, as they are priced just about right. They will certainly put much more pressure on Radeon 3850 that sells for around the same price.
