9800GX2 on the 18th

Nvidia is planning to launch a Geforce 9800 GTX and two motherboards on the 25th. The first launch date is the 18th, when the company launches the 9800 GX2, but you will have to wait for a one more week to see the rest of the new family.

Nvidia plans to launch the Geforce 9800 GTX, Nforce 750a SLI and Nforce 780a SLI chipsets for AMD processors. These will have an IGP and will support Hybrid power, as well as Hybrid SLI.

We still don’t know many details about Geforce 9800GTX, but we do know that it's a dual slot card with three-way SLI support and that it has a G92 chip under the hood. Unlike the 8800 series, the card will also support Hybrid power.

Of course, we will do our best to dig out some specifications.
