HD 3850 X2 supported

DAAMIT has released a new version of its Catalyst drivers for Radeon graphics cards, Catalyst version 8.4. According to the release notes, this new version doesn't bring anything new except for various bug fixes in some games.

The resolved issues include games like Company of Heroes, Crysis, Doom 3, Hellgate, Lost Planet, Tabula Rasa, Tomb Rider Anniversary and Unreal 3 engine based games. This new driver supports all the cards from the Radeon 9500, X1800, X1900, HD 2000 series and the new HD 3000 series.

The only new thing that we could find is support for the HD 3850 X2. As we wrote before, this card is going to be very rare since some of the partners just won't bother to make this card because of its price. Asus is the only known partner to announce this card so far.

You can find the download page here.
