Despite the claims

A German Website posted an interesting article with a lot of RV770XT and PRO specs, but we can now tell you that most of the stuff you can see here is unfortunately not the real deal.

Just as it was the case with RV670 there will be two SKUs, RV770XT and RV770PRO; as we said many times before two RV770XT will make a high-end R700 dual chip card.

We will also remind you that RV770XT supports GDDR5 memory and more importantly it comes with a 512-bit memory bus. With GDDR5 memory that is one of the key cards that ATI plays and GDDR5 will get the memory to much higher speeds than the current 2200MHz and we believe that 2500MHz GDDR5 is a realistic number.

Once you match this with a 512bit memory controller you end up with significantly more bandwidth comprared to GDDR4 and GDDR3 chips.
