Review: High factory overclock and silent cooler
Nvidia’s Geforce GTX 980 and GTX 970 are extremely powerful and successful graphics cards, and now with the GTX 960 the power efficient Maxwell architecture is available to mainstream consumers.
Preview: Great overal design and high overclock
The G1 Gaming card looks more like high end graphics card, and we really like the looks.
GM200-400 GPU pictured in detail
While we wait for the official launch of the new Nvidia Geforce GTX 960, which should happen in a couple of days according to the latest rumors, we now have what appear to be first pictures of the new GTX Titan graphics card from Nvidia.
GM206 GPU with 1024 CUDA cores
Just a week ahead of the rumored official launch scheduled for January 22nd, we now have the first leaked slides showing most of the specifications of Nvidia's upcoming Geforce GTX 960 graphics card based on the GM206 Maxwell GPU.
Yields bad beyond repair
We want to make sure that you realize that 20nm GPUs won’t be coming at all. Despite the fact that Nvidia, Qualcomm, Samsung and Apple are doing 20nm SoCs, there won’t be any 20nm GPUs.
This is where the graphics industry is going
We had a few dozen meetings at CES 2015 with many interesting people and close friends over the last week and we came to a conclusion that 4K and Virtual Reality will play a big role in 2015 and the future of computer graphics.
Runs 4K at 60 FPS too
We had a chance to spend some time with a few Tegra X1 developer boards and see a number of demos by Nvidia and see what is going to come in the next few months.
Maxwell and beyond
Last summer Nvidia said it would start licensing GPU technology for mobile SoCs and with Maxwell it could go all-in.
Erista is the Tegra X1
Nvidia is starting the year aggressively. It just introduced a chip called Tegra X1 and this is what we used to know as Errista. The X probably comes from the fact that Erista is the son of Logan and guess what Logan in the X man. It is a 20nm chip, Nvidia’s first.
