Firefox 3, even in its Beta 2 phase, works well, runs fast and has some innovative features.
We tried this little download and so far we haven’t seen it down. It opens all the sites we visited and fudzilla.com runs great on it, no complaints about this.
We also noticed that Firefox Beta 2 has a predictive engine that will list URLs far better than before, and the download manager can resume, even after you shut down the machine.
Icons do look more professional, and don’t be surprised that Firefox Beta 2 pre-release is still codenamed "Minefield."
In case you want to give it a try, it is here.
