Trapped miners supplied with PSPs

by on31 August 2010

Much appreciated
A group of 33 Chilean miners trapped in a collapsed gold-copper mine 700 meters underground have received a bunch of PSPs to make their ordeal a bit more bearable.

We’re not sure how many consoles or games were lowered down to the stricken miners, but we guess they’ll have plenty to go around and play a few football games (or tournaments) and lift their spirits.

We’re just hoping the rescuers did not get the bright idea to send down copies of Dig Dug or Boulderdash with the consoles. In any case we wish these unlikely casual gamers the best of luck.
