New titles on the way?

Publishing giant EA has been negotiating acquiring VG Holding Corporation since October last year. The deal went down in these past days and EA is about to lay out $860 million.

VG Holding Corporation includes famous software developers such as Bioware Corporation (Mass Effect, Knights of the Old Republic) and Pandemic Studios (Mercenaries, Full Spectrum Warriors).

Development of new titles has already commenced and it includes: “Mercenaries 2: World in Flames,” “Full Spectrum Warrior,” “Saboteur” and “Destroy All Humans.”  The sequel to “Knights of the Old Republic” is also in the works.

Whether EA sparks some new title development we have yet to see.
