Microsoft opens new security centres

Software giant Microsoft is opening two new centres to  increase its ability to detect and address software flaws.

According to Information Week, two new labs will be located in Dublin and Tokyo and will concentrate in creating signatures to assist administrators in the detection and removal of malicious programs.

So far the company has only had one location for its security research on its Redmond campus.
